How to change or update your US address

 

If you need to change your US address, please follow the steps below:

1. You will need to change your Operating Agreement or Post-Incorporation documents. You can do it on your end.
2. Reach out to us, so we can update your account and your filings if you are using Firstbase Agent.
   
3. We'll need to amend your Certificate for an extra charge for Wyoming companies. If you didn't subscribe to Firstbase Agent, please contact the registered agent responsible for your account.
4. You will need to send a letter to the IRS requesting the address change. Please find further instructions on the IRS website and how to fill out the 8822b form here.
