At Firstbase, we've made it simple. When you fill out the application on our website, you're providing all the info we need to start your incorporation process—no extra documents required.
However, some of our partners will require you to provide documentation:
- To activate your mailroom address, notarization with our partner is required. Check the necessary documents for Mailroom activation in the following link.
- For your US business bank account approval, a valid passport is needed. Our banking partners will request you to upload your government-issued ID (typically a passport) clearly for a smooth application process.
Our partners cannot interview you in person, so valid documentation/ID is necessary for them to verify your identity.
