Can I expedite the incorporation and EIN process?

We understand the importance of finalizing your incorporation as soon as possible. Expedited processing options vary by state.

WYOMING:

While we cannot expedite Wyoming incorporation filings, applications are typically processed within 3-7 business days.

DELAWARE:

Delaware processing times are significantly longer than Wyoming, with an average of roughly 25 business days — 15 for the application to be reviewed, then another 10 to receive the incorporation documents.

We offer expedited Delaware filing services for an additional fee of $100. This is entirely optional — you can decide whether or not to expedite when submitting your application.

If you select the expedited option before 2 pm EST/EDT, your application will be processed on the same day. From there, the certificate should be delivered within 7-10 business days.

EIN (Employer Identification Number):

EIN applications are processed much more quickly when the applicant has either an SSN (Social Security Number) or ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number).

Standard processing times are about 20-30 business days for applicants without an SSN/ITIN, compared to just 1-3 business days for applicants with an SSN/ITIN.
