What are other fees not included in the one-time fee?

Firstbase Start is a one-time fee of $399 that covers a few services you need to get started. Please check the services included in the Firstbase Start package here. However, to ensure a complete and compliant business incorporation with us, additional subscriptions are required such as:

• Firstbase Agent starting at $149/year. 
• Business address service provided via Mailroom, starting at $35/month. (optional if you have a US address)

On top of that, please notice you will be responsible for covering the fees associated with setting up that are not specifically included in our Firstbase Start package and any fees to keep your business running (e.g., notarization fees, CPA fees, and other fees).
