What are some of the ongoing maintenance fees for my company?

Yearly charges would depend on whether you set up a company in Delaware or Wyoming.

For the registered agent service, it will be a $149/year subscription.

For Delaware, you will be required to pay the franchise fee. The Franchise Tax for a Delaware LLC is a flat annual rate of $300. The Franchise Tax for a corporation is based on your corporation type and the number of authorized shares your company has -- your registered agent will be able to calculate this fee for you.

In Wyoming, there is an Annual Report License Tax of $60 to keep your company's license.
