Your certificate of Incorporation/Formation, does not disclose the names of the founders, members or shareholders. You will rather find the name, address and contact of your legal representative in the US: the registered agent. You can find more about the reason behind it here.
To know that the company really belongs to you, your company's ownership can be found in the post-formation documents: the Operating Agreement (LLC) and Post-Incorporation package (Corp). These are internal documents but they are enough to prove the ownership.
The responsible party for tax purposes will also be disclosed in the EIN application, either in the EIN online for the SSN/ITIN holders or in the SS4 form for non-SSN/ITIN holders. It means that you will have a representative from your company in the IRS records.
