The allocation of shares to your company's shareholders will be necessary for your Post-Incorporation package after the company is already incorporated.
It is very important to notice that the allocation of shares is not required to incorporate legally.
Before the company's incorporation, you will be required to provide the total amount of authorized shares and the par value; then, you can decide how to allocate the shares. Please see here the difference between authorized and issued shares.
However, the longer you take to allocate the shares to your shareholders more delay you should expect in the post-formation documents. That being said, it is highly advisable to provide all the information during your application to expedite the entire process.

Hi, I miscalculated the share allocation and ended up allocation 100% shares to 5 of 10 share holders, now I am not able to complete tasks as there are no more shares to allot but 5 share holders to be updated.
I know, I should be better at maths. is there anyway I could share allocation? If so, how?
