In compliance with US Postal Service regulations, to authorize a virtual service operator to process mail on your behalf, you must sign and notarize USPS Form 1583.
Upon completing form 1583, you'll be prompted to schedule a free virtual notarization session with our partner.
You will be able to fill out the form shown below by logging into your account and going through the task labeled as "Mailroom Activation". Make sure you review the document before moving to completing the Notarization with the Notary. If you need to modify the form, you can go back to the Founder's App and click on "Modify Form 1583".
