Business address change over the phone with the IRS

If you need to request an address change to the IRS, you can either:

1. Complete the 8822b form and mail it to the IRS. Please check: How to fill out the 8822b form.
2. Call the IRS and, upon identity verification, request a business address change.
3. You can also change your address when filing your annual taxes. You only have to add your new mailing address to the form. 

Please be aware that the IRS has separate contact information for international and domestic customers. 

The IRS will request you to identify your identity and title within the business during the call. That being said, we advise you to log in to your account and have the EIN number ready.
