Wyoming operators shred documents regularly, so please make sure to check your mail before it gets shredded.

When is the mail shredded?

Mail will be shredded every last Wednesday of each month. That being said, any forwarding requests need to be made by the last Tuesday of each month for processing.

When the notarization is not completed, what can happen with your mail?

Mail related to the IRS/State/Bank will be held by the operator for 2 weeks if the notarization is not completed. Any other commercial/regular mail will be automatically returned to the sender until the notarization is completed and approved on your side.

What should you do to avoid having mail returned?

Please make sure to log in to your Firstbase.io account and complete the notarization task as soon as possible!

What should you do to avoid having your mail shredded?

Make sure you scan or forward any piece of mailing before the due date. Once shredded we won’t be able to help you recover the documents.
