How to receive a mailing piece/package on your Mailroom account

If you wish to receive a mailing piece or a package using your Mailroom account, please make sure to use the following format as the mailing address:

Address + Floor and Suite number + Company Name

Please notice if you don't include the floor in the address, the mailing piece or the package might not be received by the operator. It is also important to make sure it is addressed to the company's name instead of your name.
